Specialised software
SATO Suite is comprised of modular applications completely integrated for the administration and management of operationes of customs brokers and freight forwarders in Mexico, including the points defined by the Customs and Tax Authorities such as the creation and processiong of CFDI. electronic accounting, COVE and electronic customs files. SATO Suite enables our customers to have access to a central database with online information shared and maintained by users in each one of their offices, which provides agility in the availability of information for decision making.
Designed for the Internet / Cloud services
SATO Suite was designed from the very beginning to work with secure online Internet connections even before this concept was extended as it is today. For this reason, SATO Suite is a practical and very efficient tool with native multi-sitie and multi-user capabilities at low cost, since there is no need of big investments in infrastructure as it happens with some of our competitors that emulate SATO Suite features.
In SATO IT, a few years ago started enabling our applications in Microsoft Azure public cloud. Basically we contract access to virtual servers running last generation Windows and SQL Server instances, that we enable to offer our SATO Suite as a service (SaaS). When our customers chose this modality, our technical team makes sure not only that our applications are running smoothly but also that the conditions in which infrastructure operate are optimal.
Integration and mobility
SATO Suite can be extended through APIS, Web services, EDI and other alternatives to interchange, proccesss and store information according to industry defined standards or even by developing particular interfaces. It has modules designed to run in mobile devices as Apps that allow entering data remotely or display executive reports and summaries. In few words, SATO Suite is a tool open to interconections and mobility which are mandatory requirements in the enterprises today.
